Partnerships Representative

Assembly is event and community software for educational groups. We're looking for someone to build the relationships that put it in front of the groups who need it.
This is relationship building, not cold sales. Across the country there are organizations already coordinating events for their communities — homeschool co-ops, activity providers, community groups, churches, libraries — and most of them are running it out of a group chat and a spreadsheet. Your job is to find them, introduce them to Assembly, and help them start publishing their events on it.
What you'd do
- Identify and reach out to organizations running regular events in markets across the US
- Introduce Assembly, walk organizers through it, and get them publishing
- Stay with the groups you bring on so they keep using it and grow into it
- Feed what you hear back to the product team — you'll be closer to our users than anyone
Who this suits
- You're comfortable starting conversations with people you don't know
- Background in partnerships, community, or field sales — or a track record of building something that needed strangers to say yes
- Familiarity with homeschool or community organizing is a real advantage
- Self-directed. This is remote with a lot of latitude and not much supervision
