- Maintainable — a codebase and support load a small team can carry
- A clear reason to sell — you're moving on, not walking away from a fire

Process
How an acquisition works.
No brokers, no auction, no drawn-out process. You deal with us directly from the first email to the handover.

You get in touch
Send us the product URL and a rough picture of the business — revenue, customers, how much time it takes to run. Nothing formal.

We give you an answer
Within about a week you'll get a straight yes or no. If it's a no, we'll tell you why, which is usually more useful than silence.

We look under the hood
If it's a yes, we review the code, the metrics, and the support load together. You'll know what we're looking at and why.

Offer and terms
We make an offer with the structure written plainly. If it works for you, we sign; if it doesn't, we part on good terms.

Transfer and transition
We handle the migration — listings, infrastructure, billing, support. Most founders are out within a few weeks of signing.
